Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
TEMPLAR CLUB, based in Amsterdam, sells clothing and accessories directly to consumers within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Contact details are on the contact page.
2. Ordering and the contract
The contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order in case of an obvious pricing error or when an item is no longer available; you'll hear from us within two working days and get your money back.
3. Prices and discounts
All prices include tax and exclude shipping, in the currency of your market. Bundle discounts (10% from two pieces, 15% from three) are calculated on the total and shown in your cart before you pay. We don't use inflated reference prices.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are on the shipping page and are an estimate, not a fixed deadline. If delivery takes longer than thirty days, you may cancel the purchase free of charge.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days to decide after receipt, without giving a reason. Return costs are on us. The procedure is on the returns page.
6. Conformity and warranty
You are entitled to a product that matches the contract. If there's a defect we repair, replace or refund. Normal wear and damage from incorrect washing are not covered.
7. Payment
Payment runs through our payment providers. We don't store card details ourselves. Instalment payments via Klarna are additionally subject to Klarna's terms.
8. Complaints and disputes
Raise a complaint with us first; we respond within one working day. If we can't resolve it, you can turn to the European ODR platform, or — for orders from the United Kingdom — a recognised UK dispute resolution scheme. Dutch law applies to the contract.
