Service points
Would rather not wait at home? At checkout you can choose a nearby service point instead of your home address. Your parcel waits there for seven days; after that it is returned automatically and you get your money back.
Tracking and delivery
As soon as the label is created you get track & trace by email. Small orders go by letterbox parcel where they fit — so you don't have to be home for them.
